Shipping and local pickup
Delivery uses a third-party transportation service and delivery time may vary from 2 to 6 business days after the order is placed. In case of anomalies and/or general problems Liquori Bureau will contact the customer promptly. If the customer wishes to receive updated information about his/her order, he/she can write to info@liquoribureau.com
Order processing time
Liquori Bureau processes orders within 48 working hours of receipt. In the event of changes to this timeline, the customer(s) will be promptly notified via the contact addresses provided during the order process.
Shipping costs to Italy
4.90€ for orders under 50€
Free for orders over 50€
Liquor Bureau reserves the right to change shipping costs.
Order Status.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@liquoribureau.com specifying your name and order number and we will make the necessary verifications.
Refunds, returns and exchanges

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible info@liquoribureau.com by sending the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these problems on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
RETURNS
Our policy is 30 days for returns. Liquori Bureau only accepts returns if the merchandise arrives to the customer damaged. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or Outstanding Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally recorded.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times involved in registering a refund.
